The seed of life
Since the dawn of the 21st-century, humans have been dreaming of becoming space fearing civilization and colonizing on Mars. Over the past few decades, humans have reached out to Mars in reach of life and water. By 2030 research has given our scientist enough information to understand the soil the environment and weather on Mars. From this, we could simulate mars condition and understand how we could germinate in martian condition. With our advancement in robotics, AI and structural printing, we can create packages that could self-support and grow in the Martian atmosphere. These are like ready to eat packaged food. The idea is to make packages in origami structures which when put on martian surface opens up like a lotus and these genetically engineered seeds of life start growing first in a controlled environment and slowly adapt to the Martian environment. These are boxes which contain all the ingredient and support needed to help self-germinate plant and algae. With this, the AI and other robotics can also use the soil or sand from the Martian surface to 3D print structures, by the advanced structural printing process. The plan is to send over 400 such life pods until 2050 which will build life forms and colonies for the human settlers to arrive on Mars. These pods act like seeds being planted on mars that will self-grow life on Mars. The AI will build a sustainable, natural living condition for humans and create the most efficient and self-sustaining colonies.
